A.Job Purpose:
- This role is responsible for Managing the P&L and driving sales for the Organization through efficient sales operations, customer service delivery, motivation and retention of sales personnel and adherence to company norms.
- Achieving Sales Budgets .

Job Description:
B.1 Financial:
- To achieve the revenue and profit targets for the sales .
- To ensure return on capital employed through efficient sales management and customer service.
- Implement plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed budget.
B.2 Operational:
- Drive sales growth for Star Products , deliver and exceed individual and collective department targets for the Star Products Business.
- Handle and forecast all bids relating to the field, including specifying Star 's range of products.
- Propose new products for both trade and manufacturing based on customer demand along with a detailed sales plan with clear KPI's and targets.
- Develop a deep and comprehensive understanding of the segments with particular focus on end users, consultants, specifiers and other decision influences involved in major organizations and other businesses in the field.
- Drive margin growth per product line and execute on clear plan to deliver higher margins year-on-year.
- Create and execute a measurable business plan with clear targets segments, clients and verticals for the metallurgy business.

- Create and follow-up on product and pricing failures on lost opportunities to drive marketing requirements and asses pricing in the market.
- Create a clear forecast with highest accuracy to feed supply chain for raw materials preparations.
- Own client satisfaction score card for delivery and quality based on consistent customer feedback to attain highest scorecard.
- Maintain CRM KPI´s in line with business targets, including clear client data, key decision maker contacts and special notes concerning the business interaction with Star .
- Mitigate risk by balancing sales across key accounts and broaden supply channels and create a strategy diverse route-to-market.
B.3 People Management:
- To cultivate, promote and maintain company's culture through teamwork, collaboration, development of people and achievement of targets.
- To ensure staff presentation is in line with company preferred standards.
- To manage and motivate the sales team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
- To lead the sales team to provide excellent service through greater product knowledge.
- To upgrade the talent of the sales team can create future leaders.
- To ensure customer service training is provided to all sales
- To ensure timely review and feedback takes place for all sales employees.
B4 Customer:
- To ensure setting up conducive environment at the Sales to facilitate purchase decisions and provide customer service.
- To create seamless customer service orientation among sales employees by ensuring timely and efficient customer service.
- To understand customer needs and fulfill need gaps by suggesting the most optimal solution w.r.t. product, services and customer care in a timely manner.
C.Key Performance Indicators:
KPIs will include achievement, lead conversion ratio, New leads, reporting and forecasting accuracy, customer retention, and profitability.

Job Requirements
- Graduate Degree in Engineering
- 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in (Contractions Chemicals & advises)
