Responsibilities:
- Clearly expressing Product Backlog items.
- Ordering the items in the Product Backlog to best achieve goals and missions.
- Optimizing the value of the work the Development Team performs.
- Ensuring that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the Scrum Team will work on next.
- Ensuring the Development Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed.
- Properly manage the backlog and aid team in determining suitable commitments for product backlog items and sprints.
- Help balance the prioritization of technical debt against new feature innovation and software delivery.
- Create a positive and easy communication channel (team, product owner, stakeholders).
- Ensure proper tracking, oversight, and communication of QA efforts on each project.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience in software development teams with an understanding of software development and software quality disciplines.
- Strong understanding of Scrum principles.
- Passion for leading Scrum teams to continually improve quality and delivery.
- Proficient in agile/ scrum development methodology.
- Ability to work both in a team and alone.
- Working knowledge of a leading relational database management system.
- Broad knowledge of technology quality assurance processes: system testing, software testing, regression testing, and quality control.
- Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- Ability to communicate comfortably to executive management.
