Job Description
- Responsible for recruiting, screening, and interviewing employees to be hired.
- Create structural hierarchy for all employees in the workplace.
- Interpret what each employee role is and how to strategically manage their tasks
- Administrate and document 1) absences, 2) tardiness (employees coming late and leaving early), 3) performance reports , 4- KPI
- Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years generalist HR experience
- Must have a strong personality, must be honest, and must obtain a good working ethic.
- Clear and effective communicator and influencer, adaptable to all levels of the business
