Project Manager - Engineer

Plan, schedule and coordinate the management and technical aspects of the whole project.

Supervise and monitor the work across all the newly constructed branches

Represent the company in front of the design company and the management of communication and the internal approvals

Comply with the sales and operations requests to renew or exchange or maintain any of the display units

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

Prepare weekly and monthly project reports.

Ensuring that the project consistently follows company policies and contractual agreements.

Ensuring the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies.

To coordinate the design and progress on site with other trades and contractors

To prepare the project design, shop drawings, and all other documents related to project execution.

Approve the material and quantities list for the work implementation in the new branches to have successful bidding.

Manage the opening budget for the new branches and work closely with the purchasing unit till the contracts closures
