About the Job
  • Greeting , welcoming and directing external customer and visitors and professionally and gently
  • Initiate visitor cards to visitors according to Vodafone physical security policy
  • Answering queries, reception calls and taking messages
  • Align and Handle customer care & sales interviews appointments with Vodafone host
  • Handle Dealers and Corporate customers
  • Keeping the reception area organized
  • Facilitate the employee’s access to premises according to Physical access policy
  • Handle meeting rooms booking and scheduling based on rooms' availability
  • Provide support in events held inside premises
  • Coordinate and facilitate training team entrance
