Job Description
- Greeting , welcoming and directing external customer and visitors and professionally and gently
- Initiate visitor cards to visitors according to Vodafone physical security policy
- Answering queries, reception calls and taking messages
- Align and Handle customer care & sales interviews appointments with Vodafone host
- Handle Dealers and Corporate customers
- Keeping the reception area organized
- Facilitate the employee’s access to premises according to Physical access policy
- Handle meeting rooms booking and scheduling based on rooms' availability
- Provide support in events held inside premises
- Coordinate and facilitate training team entrance
Job Requirements
- Willingness to work shift based job

- Good written and spoken communications skills
- The ability to stay calm under pressure
