Job Description

  • To implement a full customer coverage plan including at least one visit per week for big customers with complete visit reports.
  • To implement a full staff training program [old + new] including technical & all other business aspects (IT, Finance, English language, Sales Skills, Presentation Skills, technical training, Customer Relation Management, General Behavior, etc).
  • To prepare and comply fully with jointly developed Yearly Business Plan Figures specifically as for expenses & cost of goods sold.
  • Adhere to cash flow plan for total compliance to cash obligations.
  • Fully responsible for keeping stock available-if any.
  • Works hard on promoting and selling slow-moving items-if any.
  • Attend seminars and meetings with the major customers displaying products competitive advantages.
  • Identification of new business opportunities.
  • Provide an annual staff assessment report with a conclusion for retention or termination of staff.
  • Strictly coordinates with other departments inside the company

Job Requirements

  • At least 10-15 years of experience in managing the day to day operations.
  • Specific knowledge of large account management and strong project management skills.
  • Understanding of key business issues and a track record in overcoming these issues.
  • Utilizing products, services, and knowledge.
  • Analysis of financial data.
  • Understanding of business operations.
  • Experience in leading sales teams to handle successful deals on time whilst meeting and exceeding customer's expectations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Computer skills: Excellent knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and the ability to navigate through the internet.
  • Language ability: Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of top management/senior managers, customers and the general public.
  • Reasoning ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Finally the ability to translate data into an effective plan for reaching company goals
  • Math Ability: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interests, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
