Job Description
- Establish, develop and maintain client database including regular Contact with all clients.
- Help clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking
- Sending out the proper details of offered properties for clients over the phone, though E-mails
- Performing the full cycle of the sales process
- Looking for sales leads, making presentations, and studying the customer needs.
- Identifying/qualifying potential customers, classifying those customers and converting target accounts to new business. Introduce company products and services to clients.
- Prepare customer quotations.
- Following up on customers' requests, ensuring our customer remains satisfied even after closing the deal.
- Pro-actively identify, seek and develop new clients within the assigned territory.
- Achieving sales targets and executing sales strategy.
- Expanding the Company's customer base.
- Maintain high level of product knowledge, technical competence and market trends.
- Prepare necessary reports such as site report and call report.
- Responsible for providing standard and custom pricing requests for sales team.
- Responsible for receiving and processing incoming sales orders, maintaining records and compiling reports.
- Gather and translate all necessary customer and internal data to develop accurate and detailed orders that support the sales department.
- Work in conjunction with sales, customers, and other internal teams to ensure orders are completed in a timely manner.
- Assist real estate sales staff with scheduling and showing properties to prospective buyers.
- Work with applicants on property purchases applications and assist buyers with purchase applications and sales contracts
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree is a must.
