About the Job
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, applications printers and scanners for Users
  • Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults occurred for users
  • Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions; troubleshooting problems; maintaining workstation and LAN performance.
  • Administrating Ardelkheir Farms network and resolve any connection failure to decrease downtime
  • Responding within agreed time limits to emails and tickets
  • Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
  • Responsible for undertaking periodic maintenance in time that planned before
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities like installing the new server or any updates in the network and any new service
  • Follow standard processes and procedures ( IT Policy, Installation Process and Routine maintenance)
  • Escalate any incapable technical issues to the Senior Technical support engineer
  • Getting clear data about All spare parts and devices and reorganize IT inventory
  • Recording problems and their solutions for future reference
Job Requirements
  • BS degree in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • ERP system's knowledge
  • CCNA - MCSA Knowledge
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
