Job Description:
Sales administration activity
- Control all activities related to commercial and our customers (control sales orders, payments, check credit limits, invoices, credit & debit notes reconciliations etc.….) for Domestic and Export.
Credit Policy
- At Region/Country level, carry out the credit/collection and payments activities and assure the credit policy in the assigned Region/Country.
Risk Prevention
- Establish the exposure/risk level of the customers and the related range of payment terms/credit limit
- Manage master data about paying customers
- Assign, modify or revoke customers credit lines
- Select and choose the most appropriate way of payment
- Cooperate with the sales force by setting up the appropriate training about credit issues
Job Requirements
- Graduate of Business Administration Major Finance and Accounting Alexandria University
- 1 -3 years of experience maximum in Accounting or Credit Control or related finance fields.
- Excellent to V. good English Commands
- Excellent application of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
- Background in SAP is plus
- Attention to details and good analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team and individually
- Ability to work under stress and pressure with a good sense of flexibility.
