Job Description

  • Managing and administrating win SUS server (configure server- deploy updates Installing and configuring windows Server 2016 for any new Microsoft products.
  • VMware’s Administrator.
  • Configuration and administrating Symantec endpoint protection.
  • Deploy and Support antivirus tools to all users.
  • Administrating and managing HP& Toshiba system (creating users, configure new cards, follow user’s issues, Papers distribution etc.
  • Managing and creating the privilege for company users.
  • Helpdesk support for all users such as (VPN- Internet connection, mobile email configuration, network problems, printing issues SW/HW).
  • DVR CAMS hardware and software .
  • Company gates Software.
  • Created and managed Mailboxes features, Users rules, Distribution Lists, and Public Folders.
  • Configured and performed backups.
  • Call center HW and SW management.
  • Create better monitoring tools that would help in business growth and avoid business loss.
  • Manage server 2012 (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, File sharing).
  • Any other tasks assigned by LM and Management.

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • From 3 to 4 years of experience.
  • University degree
  • IT related certificates.

Computer Skills and Personal Qualifications

  • Highly skilled in windows operating systems
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft office
  • Good knowledge with LAN routing and switching
  • Basic awareness with network troubleshooting
  • Basic awareness with networks and how it works
  • Good communication skills
  • Well known about PCs maintenance
  • Very good command of English.
