Job Description
- Monitor inventory transactions.
- Develop inventory analysis reports and analyze variances.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for Warehouse.
- Coordinate and review with warehouse team to implement and ensure a controlled system
- Ensure that goods received match the actual purchase request.
- Audit and monitor that the products received from vendors are accurate.
- Create Purchase Orders on the system.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 3-5 years of experience in construction and contracting companies is must
- Accurate & detail-Oriented
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong knowledge and understanding of warehouse procedures.
- Very good at using Microsoft Operating System and Office Applications.
- Self-motivated
- Flexible
- Problem solver
- Excellent communication skills
- Responsible and able to work with minimal guidance
