Job Description
We are hiring a renting Manager for Photography and Videography tools
- Advertise units and negotiate renting terms
- Perform tenant screenings
- Collect rent on a monthly basis and handle late payments in a timely manner
- Coordinate maintenance schedule with Maintenance Coordinator
- Create, mentor and manage a cohesive team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong Sales and Administration skills

- Enhanced negotiation abilities
- Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
