About the job

Job purpose:

To generate and maximise income through the leasing of the common areas and contributing to the overall business and the Specialty Leasing Revenue.

Key Account abilities:

  • To generate and maximise income through the leasing of the common areas and contributing to the overall business and the Specialty Leasing Revenue.
  • Implementation of Specialty Leasing Plan
  • Business Development for new clients and agencies to book the common area space for the retail and promotional activities and branding in the mall.
  • Retail Presentation Standards
  • Effective relationship management with the Lessees
  • Forecasting potential revenue within the area of operation for the Specialty Leasing
  • Administer all documents, payments etc in line with the policies and procedures of SL and internal audit
  • A person with the potential to grow into SL Manager and have a complete command over the Specialty Leasing program for CFCM

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • Preference is Education up to degree level, whist tertiary qualification in sales and marketing would be an advantage.
  • However, if the candidate has the right know-how of the job, the above could be disregarded.

Minimum Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales and marketing background, in a similar field, or in the sales side of a media / events management company/ mall leasing/ property development.

Job-Specific Skills: Sales is a must.

Behavioral Competencies:

  • Positive and self-motivated.
