Job Description
- Responsible for preparing a full marketing strategy for Aman & setting the necessary plans to execute and achieve identified organizational, marketing and sales short-term and long-term objectives & goals.
- Responsible for developing & evolvement of the Aman brand identity & building brand equity.
- Responsible for all Aman stakeholder communications, by formulating and executing a communications strategy utilizing the most effective tools of the communications mix in collaboration with expert Advertising, Communications and PR/Publicity agencies.
- Responsible for market Research & Development, by overlooking a constant analysis of market trends & competitive analysis, and gathering insightful feedback from different target audiences, in order to deliver recommendations for necessary changes in marketing and business development strategies, and lead efficient & effective product and market development strategies.
- Responsible for preparing and adhering to an effective marketing budget with maximum ROMI.
- Responsible for formulating and implementing an effective Customer Relationship Management program to create and maintain brand loyalty.
- Responsible for collaborating with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities to capitalize on identified opportunities.
- Responsible for developing and leading a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partnerships to position Aman as a market innovator and leader.
- Works jointly with Aman Sales & Distribution team to achieve sales targets (through promotions,advertisements, events, etc.)
