Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Ensures that all the items are available when requested by any department.
- Maintains the coding system of the stores to group for easily identification of store items and its
- Updating in the SAP system.
- Determines monthly consumption rates of all items.
- Maintains coordination with the accounting department in terms of prices of medical
- Disposable items, likewise, when the reared change in the cost.
- Revise all requests initiated by stores.
- Registers all items received in the receiving reports.
- Conducts regular training of the store staff as to the usage of the store items.
- Maintains the safe guard of the store personnel in following the hospital procedures and directives.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor Degree
- Experience: at least five years in same filed
- Training: Store Management, Computer and English skills
