Job Description
- Manage activation and sponsorship budget; ensure budget is leveraged effectively to achieve marketing objectives.
- Provide strategic and critical thinking in the brand awareness, activation plans, and event selection.
- Coordinating execution of offline campaigns with internal and external resources.
- Building relationships within partner organizations to streamline the activation of mutually beneficial programs.
- Design and institutionalize scalable processes to identify opportunities, risks, and trends, including competitors’ movements, in offline activities/placements.
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend 3rd party media agencies to execute offline marketing placement and promotion, as well as manage.
- Ensure SLA delivery of media agencies and lead team to conduct audit on the deliveries.
- Measure ROI and strategic value of marketing projects for the company.
Job Requirements
- 10 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of marketing
- Extensive background in event execution and brand marketing
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- A strong geographic knowledge of the market, including culture drivers required.
- Previous Experience in a chemical field is a must.
