Job Description
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Provide pricing and delivery information.
- Set up new customer accounts.
- Organize workflow to meet customer time frames.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.

- Ability to use a computer keyboard, screen & headset.
- Males and females are eligible to apply for Rotating 8 Hours Shift Schedule, Day (10 AM - 6 PM) and Night ( 2 PM - 10 PM ).
