About the Job
  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Provide pricing and delivery information.
  • Set up new customer accounts.
  • Organize workflow to meet customer time frames.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
Job Requirements
  • Desire to make Customer Service a career.
  • Ability to use a computer keyboard, screen & headset.
  • Males and females are eligible to apply for Rotating 8 Hours Shift Schedule, Day (10 AM - 6 PM) and Night ( 2 PM - 10 PM ).
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately.

  • Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude.
  • Good data entry and typing skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Maximum Age: 32 Years.
  • Good command in English.
