Job Description

  • Answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries.
  • Handling customers inquiries and complaints.
  • Offer guidance to the customers.
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Desire to make Customer Service a career.
  • Ability to use a computer keyboard, screen & headset.
  • Males and females are eligible to apply for Fixed 8 Hours Shift.
  • Females fixed shift: Day (9 AM - 5 PM).
  • Males fixed shift: Night (4 PM - 12 AM).
  • Day off : only Friday.
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately.

  • Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude.

  • Good data entry and typing skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Maximum Age: 32 Years.
  • Good command in English.
  • Location: Giza , Hadayek Alahram or Nearby.
