Job Description
- Answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries.
- Handling customers inquiries and complaints.
- Offer guidance to the customers.
- Follow up customer calls where necessary.
Job Requirements
- Desire to make Customer Service a career.
- Ability to use a computer keyboard, screen & headset.
- Males and females are eligible to apply for Fixed 8 Hours Shift.
- Females fixed shift: Day (9 AM - 5 PM).
- Males fixed shift: Night (4 PM - 12 AM).
- Day off : only Friday.
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
