Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- To provide a confidential and personal service to the Head of Primary.
- To regularly check emails, correspondence and appointments to ensure the Head of Primary is always kept informed.
- To maintain the efficient running of the primary school office, acting as a personal assistant to the Head of Primary and administrative service to teaching staff.
- To be a prime point of reference for pupils and parents if they require information or have a concern, in the absence Head of Primary, or Assistant Head of Primary.
- To assist in the admissions process by liaising effectively with the admissions department and parents.
- To assist in the process of secondary transition.
- To liaise, with other school staff and others outside the school, particularly parents, in a highly professional manner and representing the high standards of the college.
- Creating reports as directed.
- Produce and distribute all letters/correspondence to parents using email and the college portal.
- Ensure personal knowledge of administrative systems and software is kept up to date.
