Job Description
Provide quality of technical support service in line with the performance standards and Information Security policies/guidelines.
In addition to in-depth technical advice and solutions to upgrades, installations and integrations to ensure that existing and proposed technical systems operate effectively and efficiently. Also, senior escalation to problem management
Job Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Information Technology systems and databases.
- Experience with banking industry systems is desirable, but not mandatory.
- Good team player with the ability to work very effectively in a collaborative and team-oriented manner with other teams. Must have initiative and a positive work attitude and must be a quick learner with a zeal for self-learning. Must be confident, eager and willing to take on new challenges. Must be cooperative with good interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
