Job Description
- Supervising the process of selecting and appointing facilitators and technical support officials, and implementing the capacity-building strategy for different entities (facilitators - support officials - governorate officials, technical mentors).
- Study the educational needs of the governorate.
- Follow-up of the average percentage of absent cross the city and set corrective actions in case of a deviation.
- Supervising the process of providing educational supplies & school needs
- Facilitating the implementation of the strategy for achieving quality standards for community education in schools (schools self-evaluation, school performance development plan)
- Executing the classroom observation of a random sample monthly from schools and supervising the implementation classroom plans & extra-curricular activities in schools.
- Supervising all the financial transaction Based on the plan, and setting corrective actions if needed
- Participating in providing direct technical support to the community committees.
- Participation in the preparation and implementation of the child protection policy at the school .
- Key person in all external communication (The Ministry of Education - technological development ...) in order to facilitate the implementation of all the project .
Job Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in managing community schools
- Bachelor degree holder Preferably educational background
- Preferably a resident of Marsa Matrouh Governorate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent TOT skills .
