Job Description
Main Duties:
- Reviews Warehouse data for raw materials and packaging materials and update Production Planning Manager on status.
- Issues “Material Requisition” for raw materials and packaging materials if the inventory level is less than the agreed level.
- Ensures that the requisition for raw materials (foreign) is issued three month ahead whereas the requisition for raw materials (local) is issued one month ahead.
- Issues “Production Orders” and “Packaging Orders” for raw materials and packaging materials.
- Reviews/analyses daily the production reports to track and adjust plan accordingly.
- Reviews/analyses weekly the Warehouse data for finished goods and samples and update Production Planning Manager on status.
- Reviews/analyses monthly the Stock Situational Report for raw-and-packaging materials.
- Reviews production vs plan weekly.
- Reviews delivery notes and order due dates weekly.
- Monitors the product yield percentage weekly.
- Attend weekly, monthly departmental meetings.
Job Requirements
Educational Background :
- A bachelor degree of Chemistry or Pharmacy is required.
- Not less than 2 years of professional experience in the same profession.
- English Literacy
- Computer Skills.
- Good Planning abilities
