About the Job
  • Monitoring the company's main warehouse through the implementation of stock control procedures
  • Ensure that all approved items for storage are registered under the label.
  • Confirmation of the class card containing all information related to the class, including the information of the approved suppliers for the supply of this product and the last price adopted, as well as the quantity in question compared with the invoice
  • Ensuring the order of items in the store according to the approved classification and the place assigned to it
  • Responsible for coding all products on the company's main warehouse
  • Responsible for setting prices on products and changing them when necessary
  • Review all permissions made between exhibits and stores
  • Review the coding errors and make adjustments to address these errors
  • Review all shipments received in accordance with the orders with the delivery of such shipments to the warehouse keeper with a delivery record
  • Working on the inventory of all returned or damaged products and the work of the necessary report
  • Participation with the Ad Hoc Committee on Inventory in Inventory of Sub-Stores
Job Requirements
    • Bachelor of Commerce /Accounting At least 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing accounting, work experience in a Retail Pro System.
    • Ideally, possess a relevant professional qualification and/or suitable background experience in inventory management / purchasing Good at communication and observation.
    • Have a detailed understanding of inventory control/management systems
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently & effectively with initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality.
    • Good communication skills (written/oral)
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Proactive attitude.
