Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Setting the strategy & vision for the commercial processes to manage and achieve the commercial sector objectives.
- Managing sales team that contains managers, team leaders and property consultants.
- Achieving sales targets with the agreed percentage of profitability.
- Planning and designing policies, objectives, and activities of commercial sector to ensure continuing operations, to maximize returns on investments.
- Managing the marketing activates (TV & Radio ads – Social Media – Production)
- Liaising with external consultants, vendors and agencies to implement the organizations’ marketing strategy
Job Requirements
- Solid experience in Real-estate inside Egypt across sales and marketing.
- Financial analysis & Effective leadership skills.
- Excellent planning, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- MBA is a plus.
- Connections with real-estate brokers in Egypt.
