- Initiates and processes personnel actions to effect changes in employee status such as transfers, promotions, leave of absences, and terminations.
- Creates and distributes graphical representations of organizational structures/reporting structures.
- Ensure that the company is aligned with the Social Insurance policies and Labor Law.
- Ensure all certificates and documents to be submitted to governmental authorities.
- Open personal files for new employees and ensure all relevant papers/ documents are properly filed.
- Understand the organizational structure of the company and maintain organizational management data as it is required.
- Create Monthly Headcount along with making sure to continually update the status of all employees
