Job Description
- Expand existing accounts within an established geographic territory by communicating effectively and regularly with the customers and assess their requirements and their future potential needs to ensure their satisfaction.
- Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or
- services to customers and prospective customers.
- We are looking for a seasoned, hardworking, smart and over achieving Sales Engineer with proven experience and a passion for selling technology solutions to senior executives.
- You will be responsible for selling into new prospects as well as farming back into existing customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels.
- Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction and contribution to overall sales team and business success.
- Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base
- Be the lead consultant on the execution of projects, including interface with the client, suppliers, partners, external experts.
- Allocate appropriate resources to ensure that projects are managed effectively and are completed within committed time, scope and budget.
- Expand present work and develop new business through searching for new opportunities and developing relationships with clients and partners.
- Maintain communication with clients, ministries and Industrial sectors
- Prepare expressions of interest and proposals for renewable energy and energy efficiency projects.
- Monitor & control projects schedules, budget, and risks running.
- Direct, support and follow up with junior team members on the open actions.
- Conduct and organize site visits.
