Job Description
- Manages the development and implementation of all operational plans for the branches
- Consults with the Pharmacy Branch Managers to develop action plans and establish individual pharmacy targets
- Ensures all compliance requirements are met and implemented at each branch as per the regulations of the Ministry of Health and Syndicate of Pharmacists
- Routinely monitor and assess law changes to ensure best practices implementation
- Leverage expertise in supply chain and pharmacy operations to ensure improved processes and optimal efficiency
- Manages financial responsibility including auditing and reporting
- Responsible for people management and workforce needs, including hiring, training, employee development, and performance management plans
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy
- More than 5 years of experience in general management preferably Pharmacies
- Strong decision-making skills, as well as sound judgment with regard to financial impact, regulatory and legal issues, customer retention and patient safety
- Ability to operate with strong business intuition
