Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled, innovative and energetic Marketing & Business Intelligence Manager to be responsible for Middle East & Africa Region.

The successful candidate will report to the Marketing and Strategy Director. This position will support the achievement of KONE’s business objectives and contribute to the ongoing development of business performance by utilizing an organization-wide marketing and communications strategy that will improve KONE’s competitive position.

We are looking for an individual with a track record of being a go-getter, has an understanding of how to partner and collaborate with the business, implement strategies and enhance the company profile.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in business planning with the management team to develop a marketing and communications strategy that is based on global marketing strategies and local business requirements and consistent with KONE’s overall mission, vision and long-term objectives
  • Support the achievement of business goals by managing the reputation and the brand of KONE according to global guidelines
  • Create demand, support sales and increase customer loyalty by implementing and following-up on marketing activities for different market and customer segments
  • Work across business groups to align and amplify global marketing efforts
  • Create and execute innovative strategies and marketing plans
  • Support KONE’s objectives through Internal communications
  • Oversees stakeholder relationship, provide and distribute local news according to global guidelines and regulations
  • Support global news with localized content and media distribution when possible

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven track record in a similar role
  • Experience and knowledge of Middle East region is a must. Experience in Africa region is a plus
  • Flawless communication (public speaking and media relations) inclusive of writing and editing skills
  • Excellent understanding of various CRM tools including SAP
  • Fluency in English, French and Arabic is a must
  • Strong business acumen, accompanied with analytical and creative thinking skills
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully working with cross-functional teams and matrix management
  • Highly motivated, organized self-starter with orientation towards a high level of customer service
  • Candidate is required to travel frequently across Middle East & Africa region
