Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Contribute research and analysis to the development of the HR strategy in order to ensure that organizational development initiatives are appropriately integrated and aligned with strategic and business goals.
  • Design Organization Development and change management strategies, processes and interventions that push RCC to be a high performing organization; including initiatives which foster a high-performance culture, where valuing learning, continuous improvement and diversity are the norm.
  • Develop an approach to talent management and succession planning and to coordinate the contributions of key stakeholders to ensure effective implementation.
  • Oversee the performance management and annual appraisal process, monitoring compliance with the timetable and working with the Head of HR to ensure consistency of quality in appraisal documentation and ensure compliance with the COPC approaches.
  • Directs the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
  • Provides a broad range of consultative services to all levels of employees regarding policies and procedures.
  • Assists with planning, implementation and ongoing maintenance of labor relations, employee relations, equal employment opportunity, and diversity and compensation programs.
  • Consults with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters.
  • Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.
  • Design and manage the job evaluation process and ensure its compliance with COPC approaches.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree relevant to Human Resources or postgraduate diploma in Human Resources.
  • 7+ Years of work Experience in organization development.
  • English Fluency.
  • Excellent understanding of COPC Approaches & Areas of Audit related to the Human Resources function.
  • Strong analytical Skills.
  • Excellent understanding of Principles and practices of Human Resources.
  • Excellent Understanding of performance management principles.
