Job Description

  • Build strong relationship with the vendors to provide best cost and quotation
  • Contact the vendors to negotiate prices of products, update the stocks and provide them to the sales team.
  • Conduct a research from the vendors to collect the best cost, price and offer to provide it to the sales team.
  • Prepare quotation and provide them to the sales team to negotiate prices with the customers.
  • Supporting the sales team by sending quotations with the required product information and their selling prices.
  • Study the market competitors and the vendors to sell the products if required.
  • Following up and supporting the assigned sales team to enhance their skills and to be aware of our market competitors.
  • Ordering products from vendors and providing stocks according to market and customer’s needs.
  • Handle all the stocks from the distributors to the company
  • Coordinate with the sales team through tenders.
  • Effectively collects product feature requests from sales team.
  • Communicate with the customers if it is required to provide the best solution
  • Handle all the operation process inside the company end – to – end process.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in Computing Business Unit
  • Works closely and collaboratively with the sales team.
  • Follow up with the sales team in case of any problem or any complain from the distributors.
  • Responsible to re-direct account database under any strategic need.
  • Ownership for HP Partner Portal for Computing Business.
  • Responsible to take on-site customer visits to support sales with consultancy services.
  • First Level in Handling communication and operations with HP.
  • Second level in handling communication and operations with Lenovo and Dell.
  • Responsible for creating the required compliance sheet and provide the add-ons items prices as you have to align with other product managers to offer the device completely with its peripherals and accessories when required.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in the same field
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in IT field is a must
  • Preferred to have BSC. in engineering or any relevant degree from any reputable university
  • Presentable, Time Management and self-confidence.
