Siemens Healthineers Egypt is pleased to announce an extremely exciting opportunity to join our team as a Service Marketing Coordinator.

What are my responsibilities?

As the Service Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with the Customer Service team supporting their business.You will be responsible for the following:

On Call process:

• Customer Communication
• Offer Calculation/Preparation.
• Follow up with customer and internal stakeholders.

Data Base analysis:

• Service contract monitor process
• Reporting
• KPI’s calculation

Contract process control:

• Preparing offers.
• Internal communication.
• Documentation.
• Follow up with customer and internal stakeholders.

Tender documentation preparing, which include:

• Buying tender documents.
• Issuing bid bond/LG.
• Prepare required documents.
• Finalizing contract process till signature.

Administrative assignments:

• Archiving.
• Letters preparation.
