Where will I be working?
Siemens Healthineers Egypt is pleased to announce an extremely exciting opportunity to join our team as a Service Marketing Coordinator.
What are my responsibilities?
As the Service Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with the Customer Service team supporting their business.You will be responsible for the following:
On Call process:
- Customer Communication
- Offer Calculation/Preparation.
- Follow up with customer and internal stakeholders.
Data Base analysis:
- Service contract monitor process
- Reporting
- KPI’s calculation
Contract process control:
- Preparing offers.
- Internal communication.
- Documentation.
- Follow up with customer and internal stakeholders.
Tender documentation preparing, which include:
- Buying tender documents.
- Issuing bid bond/LG.
- Prepare required documents.
- Finalizing contract process till signature.
Administrative assignments:
- Archiving.
- Letters preparation.
Job Requirements
About you
- The ideal person will have experience working within a face paced healthcare environment, with an excellent customer focus.
- Experience in service marketing within a similar capacity is a must.
