Job Description
- Responsible for recruiting different nationalities for the company's Gulf branches
- Main recruitment vacancies will be software developers positions
- Advertising staff vacancies, Assessing applications, Interviewing applicants, administer selection tests, prepare reports and make recommendations to management about staff appointments
- Build applicant sources by researching and colleges, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Determines staffing numbers, skills and needs to meet the organization's objectives
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Business Administration, Human Resources, Commerce, Law Majors or equivalent
- HR Diploma or certificate is preferred
- Minimum 4:6 years of experience in the recruitment with 2 years minimum exp. in gulf region recruitment
- Experience in Software Industry
- Fluent English spoken and written
- Very high communication skills
