About the Job

Job Description:

  • Training management; coordinates all training venue with trainers and trainees; schedules, location, date, time, material, and attendance.
  • Training measurement; Keep track of all training assessments and prepare an analysis report on its effectiveness as per the feedback received and update the database.
  • Training materials; manage course material production, distribution, and update.
  • Training Delivery; Assist in conducting soft skills sessions and inductions and provide support for trainees and ensure potential problems are addressed rapidly.
  • Training Logistics: Meeting with vendors for the logistical tasks.
  • Trainer administration – pre-and post-course trainer management including booking in and managing delivery dates, trainers’ travel and special requirements.
  • Delegate management; Registration process, pre-and-post course communication, preparing delegate lists, certificates.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of project objectives and goals.
  • Assist with instructional design activities, such as Developing and implementing procedures for identifying training and development needs (TNA).

Other Responsibilities:

  • Venue logistics; Coordinate venue, accommodation, hotels, training setup and all event material needs with events coordinator.
  • Work on training materials as a need to support trainers and designers.
