Job Description
- Coordination between customers' technical and maintenance requests, and Maintenance Department Team.
- Handling and answering the customer's queries via phone, emails and online.
- Writing quotes and offers to customers
- Submit a weekly report to the sales team leader to indicate what has been done and what has been deferred with a statement of the reason
- Acting like a direct link between the company and clients from day one tell the delivery of the project
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Self-motivated and teamwork spirited
- Planning, organizing, scheduling, and monitoring
- Computer and office application literate and Fast Writing
- Able to commence work immediately (preferred)
- Fluent in English
- Cairo resident only.
