Job Description

Job Summary:

  • The Junior Account Manager will be responsible for managing all areas of the business relationship with the assigned Industry Partners and will work closely with the various business departments in an effort to maintain and further develop the relationship with the assigned Industry Partners.Will manage the sales function to achieve strategic sales targets while working closely with the Marketing Department to provide integrated programs that support the sales effort.
  • The IP Account Manager is the main contact with the assigned Industry Partners and is the liaison between the various business departments and them.

Responsibilities:

  • Sponsorship Acquisition
  • Maximizing and generating revenue from assigned IP accounts through strategic management.
  • Demonstrate high level of commercial awareness.
  • Maximize commercial opportunities identified in assigned IP accounts.
  • Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude to calls, meetings, presentations and clients and represent Future opportunities in a professional manner at all times (internally and externally)
  • Take a proactive stance to grow and develop commercial opportunities for KZC.
  • Maintain a strong profile and excellent customer relationships.
  • Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance with client deliverables and revenue plans.
  • Reviews all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, function spec, tech spec, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
  • Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the IP manager / Commercial Director of any problems that may arise.
  • Owns the contract and contract renewals for new work order for assigned accounts.
  • Approves Change Orders and invoices, and is responsible for payment collections.
  • Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team.
  • Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
  • Creating and managing events calendar for the assigned accounts.

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience at least in public relations, sales, marketing or advertising activities.
  • Effective communication skills including excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent relationships building skills at all levels within assigned accounts and with internal departments.
  • Experience in promotion campaign management.
  • Experience in Negotiation and commercial agreements.
  • Candidate should be self-motivated , result oriented.
  • Fluent English & Arabic, other language is an asset
  • 24 – 27 years old.
