About the Job
  • Scans, lists and follow up on the market’s relevant potential clients; Developers, owners and consultants.
  • Leads generation through different available channels.
  • Presents the company’s different services and possible scope of works to potential clients.
  • Lists the company in the vendor lists at consultants, owners and developers.
  • Follows up all RFPs issued across the different channels including newspapers and etc.
  • Follows up with the tendering for submitting the company’s offers to clients before deadlines and following the awarding process regularly.
  • Creates long-term relationship with potential clients.
Job Requirements
  • Good knowledge of the construction market dynamics, key players in Egypt.
  • Good knowledge of engineering consultants and developers.
  • Presentable.
  • Client handling and problem solving skills.
  • Construction background is a must.
