In this job you will be a manager of 12 supervisors and more than 400 workers, There are six different departments which are:
- Beach Towel -> 2 Depts.
- Classic & White Towel -> 2 Depts.
- Bathrobes Dept. -> 1 Dept.
- 2nd & 3rd choice Dept. -> 1 Dept.

Your job summary is: Receive customers orders from customer service Dept. and deliver the goods to inventories before the date of shipment ten days early.
Job Description:
- Receive Pro.Invoice, study it, send your approval that you will finish it ten days early is possible, review accessories of orders like: "Ticket, Hangtag, Barcode, PVC sizes and cartoon" before send your approval to customer service.
- Give your supervisors missions to end the orders.
- Handle any issues between workers and supervisors.
- Improve the production and quality of products, workers, and supervisors.
- Always try to decrease costs and unnecessary process.
- Analyze, Diagnose, Plan, Solve and Follow-up solution for every problem or issues to let it not happens again in the future.
