About the Job
  • Prepare and control training tools and coordinate between salespeople and management to reach customer maximum satisfaction
  • Coordinate with training manager to prepare training plan and training logistics
  • Coordinate with office manager to prepare training staff
  • Prepare training materials
  • Prepare training schedule
  • Attend the training program
  • Prepare to post training reporting
  • Send training materials soft copy to trainees
  • Collect trainees feedback
  • Fix any problem raised immediately, report and take action for not repeating it
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree (preferred service background)
