Job Description

  • Support our global team at developing and executing CRM campaigns across multiple channels, such as email, push notifications, web push, etc.
  • Coordinate all campaign-related activities with the responsible stakeholders in our brands across the world, including planning, content creation, data etc.
  • Measure campaign performance and help to improve customer communication in order to engage, and retain customers.
  • Define, monitor and evaluate relevant KPI’s and develop contact strategies with the respective country managers in your team.

Job Requirements

  • At least one year of relevant working experience, ideally in online marketing/customer relationship management and/or campaign management
  • Hands on experience in setting up mobile- and email marketing campaigns
  • Attention to detail and results driven personality
  • Interest in working with behavioral and commercial data and understanding analytics results
  • Basic understanding of HTML would be appreciated
  • Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus.
