Job Description
- Continuously improve customer communication in order to engage, retain and maximize customer lifetime value under the perspective of a positive customer experience
- Coordinate all campaign-related activities with the responsible stakeholders, e.g. planning, content creation, data etc.
- Set up, test and measure campaigns suited to country requirements across multiple channels
- Understand, monitor all relevant KPI's and act proactively to improve them
- Define and communicate clear monthly and quarterly targets on defined KPI's, like orders, retention rate, sends etc.
Job Requirements
- At least 4 years of working experience in the field of CRM/ Base Marketing for E-commerce or other relevant businesses
- experience in working with CRM- and campaign management tools, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget)
- Solid understanding of customer journey stages and various retention measures
- Data-driven and with a sound understanding of campaign analytics
- Good understanding of HTML and CSS would be appreciated
Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus
