- Continuously improve customer communication in order to engage, retain and maximize customer lifetime value under the perspective of a positive customer experience
- Coordinate all campaign-related activities with the responsible stakeholders, e.g. planning, content creation, data etc.
- Set up, test and measure campaigns suited to country requirements across multiple channels
- Understand, monitor all relevant KPI's and act proactively to improve them
- Define and communicate clear monthly and quarterly targets on defined KPI's, like orders, retention rate, sends etc.
