Job Description
- Update internal system with data extracted from the Commercial RF.
- Issue customers contracts as per the Commercial RF.
- Deliver the contracts to the concerned managers to review it financially and technically and close the approval cycle.
- Send the contract to the customers and follow up on its signing cycle till collection.
- Deliver the contracts to the quality team.
- Provide the needed data to the billing team to issue the required operation RF.
- Conduct contract status reports to the concerned parties.
- Reconcile with accounting department regular hospitality operation division revenue report
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years’ Experience
- Bachelor Degree
- Accounting background
- Computer literacy is must
