Job Description
- Supervise the operation team and make that all of them are on the right path.
- Responsible for handling operations issues.
- Follow up with team during their shifts.
- Delegate right tasks to the team.
- Solve students or clients problems related to training process either from students or teachers.
- Updating schedules of teachers to match students or clients time frame agreed upon with operation manager.
- Solve all students problems in his/her shift.
- Make sure all related tasks are uploaded on the system and up to date.
- Make sure all open cases or tasks are being solved in appropriate way till it is closed in a way that satisfies both teachers or clients depending on who has claimed the problem.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder.
- Has a previous experience in operations tasks.
- Fast learner.
- Leadership skills.
- Can Handle multiple tasks.
- Can work under pressure.
- Flexible to work online (from home)
- Very good English level
- High communication skills.
