Responsibilities:
- Ultimate aim is achieving the maximum sales and business by grabbing the potential clients.
- Service and support existing and new clients.
- Advise clients on new services and close deals.
- Be an expert on our products and services.
- Increase revenue and retention rate for your accounts.
- Prepare reporting and account documentation.
- Work directly with client decision-makers.
- Most support / sales is done in office (email / phones) but large accounts may require on-site visits.
- Open new leads and get new clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Preferred having experience in solar energy.
- Must have a car.
- Strong client service skills. (Love to help mentality).
- Proven Track record in sales and target achievement.
- Perfect English
- Exceptional communication skills (face-to-face, email, chat, and on the phone).
- Previous experience with Internet services is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
