Job Description
Tele-Sales and Social Media Specialist is currently needed, the applicant will be responsible to perform the following activities.
- Implement Sales and Marketing strategies.
- Manage social media marketing campaigns.
- Handle day-to-day activities including content creation, reach the target customers, create, and manage all published content (images, video and written).
- Monitor, listen and respond to users.
- Perform market research to identify the market needs.
- Achieve the social media's sales targets.
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about the company's services.
- Enter and update customer information in the database
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree (preferred in computer science) with at least 3 years in marketing and sales.
- Proven experience as telesales and social media representative
- Creative mindset is a must.
- Excellent command in both Arabic and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
