Import Specialist- Outdoor

Main Job Duties:

• Ensure smooth shipment for all ordered equipment and products by coordinating clearance procedures and preparing all required documents and approvals.
• Prepare the MOH import files and all documents & certificates needed by MOH to get MOH import approval.

• Coordinate with the sales departments to get the missing catalogs .

• Get the necessary importation approvals by delivering the required documents and files for the concerned governmental authorities to ensure smooth import procedures.

• Handle payment procedures of every imported shipment by delivering needed papers to the Financial Department and get the cash / cheque to be paid to concerning entity (CAPA – laboratories) in order to facilitate financial settlements.

• Maintain proper filing system for all documentation, invoices, packing list, etc… of every shipment by saving the copies of all forms and documents and deliver the original to the Supply chain department to ensure availability and accuracy of information.

• Assist in recording incoming shipments data and update existing data in the Shipping Tracking System to ensure data validation and availability.

• Paying Pharma fees for drug imported shipment (Drug policy & planning center) D.P.P.C
