Job Description
- Maintain a comprehensive digital archiving system and be able to locate and retrieve information from files as directed.
- Develop classification systems to facilitate access to archival materials.
- Prepare archival records, such as document descriptions, to allow easy access to information.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with company’s policies, procedures and regulatory requirements & standards.
- Meet all requirements/duties assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Required 5 years related experience with E-Archive program
- Experience with MS Office and data programs
- Experiences using office equipment, like a fax machine and scanner
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
- Attention to detail
