Job Description
- Assist in preparing feasibility reports and design proposal to the client.
- Developed architectural drawings based on client feedback, project cost and time estimates of the project for final acceptance of client and top management
- Ensure interface issues are coordinated with other disciplines
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture
- 0-3 experience
- Must has knowledge AutoCAD, Photoshop, Architectural Desktop and other programs required for design and drafting.
- Knowledge of Revit Architecture preferred.
- Familiar to international standards, local regulations and practices.
- Possess analytical mind, can work under pressure with minimum supervision and result oriented.
- Can communicate very well in industry language.
- Knowledge of updated authority regulations & relevant standards & local codes
- Familiar to 3DMAX
- Proven ability to use own judgment and analysis for architectural projects
