Sales Account Executive

Main Job Duties:

• Answers and effectively addresses customer inquiries and requests.
• Participate in new proposal builds and any sales presentations.
• Answer incoming calls.
• Coordinate new lead appointments.
• Keeping our HubSpot CRM constantly updated.
• Escalates customer issues to Manager as needed.
• Reviews processes in order to optimize service.
• Document/archive/Compile Monthly Sales Reports.
• Initiate follow up calls.
• Initiate prospect calls.
• Field requests from clients and relay them to the services team and vice versa
• Produce meeting minutes.
• Schedule meetings.
• Craft client communications.
